80, 60, 40, 20
Double Unders

40, 30, 20, 10
Overhead Squats (75/55)

The movements alternate:  80 Double Unders, then 40 Overhead  Squats, etc.

    Some day those double unders won’t be full of so much suck, but I pushed through it. I kind of liked the OHSs though. I probably won’t like them so much tomorrow.

    I really liked the intense OHS work today. I managed to maintain sets of 10 throughout, even with my right foot feeling on the verge of cramping the entire time.
