With a 15 Minute Time Cap, Complete as Many Reps As Possible:

30 Muscle Ups
200 Double Unders
Wall Balls for the remaining time (20/14) (each time you drop the wallball, perform 3 Burpees)

    There will be no jumping muscle ups permitted for this WOD.

    Steel:
    15 min time cap:
    15 Muscle Ups
    100 Double Unders
    Wall Balls for remaining time (each time you drop the ball, perform 3 burpees)

    Brass:
    15 min time cap:
    75 Chest to bar pullups/75 hand release pushups
    100 Double Unders or 300 Single Unders
    Wall Balls for remaining time (each time you drop the ball, perform 3 burpees)

    Bronze:
    15 min time cap:
    45 Chest to bar Pullups/45 pushups
    75 Double Unders/225 Single Unders
    Wall Balls for remaining time (each time you drop the ball, perform 2 burpees)

    Steel: 150 (15 muscle-ups, 100 double unders [Yes, I did double unders as opposed to singles] and 35 wall balls with the remaining time).

    Great class tonight. Rafa, by the way, is a monster on muscle ups. Dang, man.

    I did Steel with bar MU’s, and managed 42 wall balls.
