As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 minutes:

15 Front Squats (115/75) on or next to the Platform
Bear Crawl to other side of box
15 Hand Release Pushups
Bear Crawl back to Platform

    AMRAP 20 Minutes:
    10 Front Squats (115/75) on Platform

    AMRAP 20 Min
    15 Front Squats (75/55) does not have to be on Platform
    Bear Crawl from edge of Platform to other side of box
    15 Regular Pushups or Pushups on box
    Bear Crawl back to edge of Platform

    Bronze:
    AMRAP 20 min
    10 Front Squats (65/45) does not have to be on Platform
    Bear Crawl from edge of Platform to other side of box
    10 Pushups on Box
    Bear Crawl back to edge of Platform
