As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes:

5 Squat Cleans (135/95)
25 Mountain Climbers
5 Handstand Pushups

    Scaling:

    Note: All Cleans, depending on skill level, may be a power clean/front squat.

    Platinum: As writen above. Handstands must be inverted and strict.

    Steel:
    Amrap 15 min
    5 Squat Cleans (115/75)
    25 Mountain Climbers
    5 Handstand Pushups (hspu’s may be kipping or strict, but must be inverted)(head may to go floor or raised target)

    Brass:
    Amrap 15 min:
    3 Squat Cleans (115/75)
    20 Mountain Climbers
    3 Handstand Pushups (hspu’s may be planked from a box, inverted, or any other progression)

    Bronze:
    Amrap 15 Min:
    3 Squat Cleans (95/65)
    20 Mountain Climbers
    3 Hand release Pushups (pushups may be done on a box) (no knee pushups unless cleared by the coach)

    I don’t remember how many rounds I got, 5 or 6, Rx, but I do know I had +3. The cleaning was easy, it was the front squatting that got tough.
