10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Thrusters (95/65)

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Bar Facing Burpees

The two movements alternate.  So, 10 thrusters, then 1 burpee, then 9 thrusters, then 2 burpees . . .

    Scaling:

    Note: Bar facing burpees are as named: You do a burpee while facing the bar (perpendicular to the bar). Bar facing burpees ARE NOT done parallel to the bar with a later jump. Bar facing burpees are counted when you jump. So, do the burpee and jump over the bar. That is one rep. Do a burpees, jump over the bar. That is two reps.

    It was great working on with some new faces tonight.
