Even thought it is a Holiday weekend, that doesn’t mean Sundays are any different at Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy. It is Open Gym from 9am to 11am. Did you have trouble with those nasty handstand walks this past week, come work on them at Open Gym. New to CrossFit and want to try a particular CrossFit WOD, come to Open Gym.
