CrossFit WODs for 1/10/2015 and No Yoga

The CrossFit WODs on Saturdays at Industrial Athletics have something for everything.  When you are done, you can stretch out, get mobile, and relax with some yoga.

If you are competing in the Winter Chiller on January 31st, make sure you are attending Competition Class.  We are working on a lot of elements you will see.

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

Max Effort 2 Reps in 10 minutes
Power Clean/Hang Squat Clean

7 Minute Time Cap
