Don’t forget, we will be meeting at the gym tomorrow morning before heading over to the marathon.

Competition Class:  This class is dedicated to those athletes who rarely have to scale our regular workouts and are looking to compete.

50 Clean and Jerk (115/75)
Run 2.5k

11:00am

General CrossFit Class:  Open to all Industrial Athletics members.  Will be scaled like our regular WODs
