CrossFit WODs for 7/19/2014 and No Yoga

It is another Saturday at Industrial Athletics.  We are only a few weeks out from the Summer Showdown, so every chance we have to prepare is important.  We will also continue to establish our 1 rep max lifts for the use of percentages during the next change in programming strategy.

12:30pm – No Yoga this week.  The yoga instructor is on vacation. Bummer. It will return next week.
