CrossFit WODs and Community Day

This morning is a Community Day at Industrial Athletics.  Bring a friend and family member for an informal introduction to CrossFit with other beginners.  It is free to everyone to attend.  It will kick off around 11:00am and last around 1.5-2 hours.

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class
