CrossFit WODs and Social Event for 2/28/2015

If you missed the Open 15.1 WOD yesterday, feel free to come do it at 11:00am today.

Today is the Deadlifts and Downdogs event.  It will be from 2pm to 4pm.  If you have not registered, you may still do so.  Do you have a friend who wants to try CrossFit or Yoga?  This is the perfect event.  Don’t miss it.
