CrossFit WODs for 10/1/2016

Nothing better than a Saturday morning at Industrial Athletics.  Between Yoga, Competition Class, and Regular Class, we have something for everyone.  Have a friend or family member who wants to come to yoga?  They are more than welcome.  For Competition Class, you need permission from a coach before you join.  In the regular class, everyone is welcome.
