Back to our regular Saturday schedule today. We start the day with Yoga to recover our mental zone and stretch our some sore muscles. We then have competition class for those higher level athletes who need a little push to get ready for local competitions. Want to try it? Ask a coach if you are ready. We end the morning with our Regular Class designed like all other CrossFit classes we offer throughout the week.
