CrossFit WODs for 2/13/2016

We will have our regular Saturday schedule today.  We will begin the day with a CrossFit Competition class.  Designed for those who want to compete, this class will help you get ready for local competition formats.  We will continue with a Regular CrossFit class designed like every other day of the week with scaling.  We will finish with some mobility.
