CrossFit WODs for 6/27/2015

We have an exciting day planned for today.  The regular CrossFit Class at 11am will be a team/partner wod.  Responding to various requests for more team wods, we plan to do this once a month.  Hope to see you all later this morning.  The competition class will continue to prepare for the Summer Showdown on August 1.

Until further notice, we will continue to cancel yoga on Saturdays.  We are considering moving Yoga to 8am on Saturday mornings.  The regular CrossFit class would be 9:30am-10:30am, and competition class would move to 10:30am.  If you have a preference, please let us know.

9:30am – Competition Class

WOD#1:
1 Squat Snatch
1 Overhead Squat

WOD #2:
For Time:
20 Clean and Jerk (115/75)
10 Bar Muscle Ups
20 Deadlifts (115/75)
20 Burpees
20 Push Press (115/75)

WOD #3:
AMRAP 8 Minutes:
10 Handstand Pushups
15 Squats
20 Double Unders

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

50 Clean and Jerk (95/65)
50 Pullups
50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)
50 Burpees
50 Push Press (95/65)

Note:  Reps will adjust based on team size
