We have an exciting day planned for today. Â The regular CrossFit Class at 11am will be a team/partner wod. Â Responding to various requests for more team wods, we plan to do this once a month. Â Hope to see you all later this morning. Â The competition class will continue to prepare for the Summer Showdown on August 1.
Until further notice, we will continue to cancel yoga on Saturdays. Â We are considering moving Yoga to 8am on Saturday mornings. Â The regular CrossFit class would be 9:30am-10:30am, and competition class would move to 10:30am. Â If you have a preference, please let us know.
