It’s another Saturday morning at IA.  That means its going to be a busy day.  Make sure you sign up in advance for the 8am.  It has a tendency to cap.

8:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

9:30am – CrossFit Competition

WOD #1:
Every 90 x 5
1 Power Snatch (80-85% of Power Snatch)
1 Squat Snatch

WOD #2:

Beginning on a 3-minute clock, complete the following reps:

20 Squat Cleans (185/125)(95/65)
If completed before 3-minutes, add 3 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

16 Squat Cleans (205/135)(115/75)
If completed before 6-minutes, add 3 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

12 Squat Cleans (225/155)(135/95)
If completed before 9-minutes, add 3 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

8 Squat Cleans (245/165)(155/105)
If completed before 12-minutes, add 3 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

4 Squat Cleans (275/185)(185/125)
*Score will be the fastest time or total reps.
