We will be closed next Saturday for a Kettlebell Seminar.  If you are interested in attending, there are flyers hanging around the gym.

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

WOD #1:
Push Press
3, 3, 3, 3, 3

WOD#2:
Partner:
AMRAP 12 Minutes
Partner 1: 200m Row
Partner 2: 3 Cleans (155/125)
Partners switch every round
Clean reps increase 3 reps each round

WOD 3:
5 Rounds For time:
5 Handstand Pushups
10 Wall Balls
10 Chest to Bar Pullups
20 Double Unders

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

AMRAP 12 Minutes
Partner 1: 200m Row
Partner 2: 3 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)
Partners switch every round
Clean reps increase 3 reps each round
