CrossFit WODs for 9/5/2015

As we do every Saturday, our morning starts with our weekly Competition Class.  This class is designed to give those who wish to compete a little extra work.  All are welcome, but be prepared, the volume is a little more than our regular class.  For those who want an extra day like the other days of the week, we have our regular CrossFit class at 11:00am.  Don’t be fooled by what is written, Saturday mornings often contain a surprise or two.

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

Note:  Break up reps evenly
