Saturday mornings are for working out. Â Most of us go out on Saturday night, whether that means going to the bar, dinner, a movie, or a night on the town. Â So, Saturday mornings are great for getting in and getting your workout done and over for the day. Â We start the morning with Competition class designed to help those who want to compete take it to the next level. Â We continue with our regular CrossFit class designed for every one of our members. Â We end the day with mobility and yoga.
