CrossFit WODs, Mobility, and Yoga for 3/21/2015

Saturday mornings are for working out.  Most of us go out on Saturday night, whether that means going to the bar, dinner, a movie, or a night on the town.  So, Saturday mornings are great for getting in and getting your workout done and over for the day.  We start the morning with Competition class designed to help those who want to compete take it to the next level.  We continue with our regular CrossFit class designed for every one of our members.  We end the day with mobility and yoga.

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

Max Effort in 8 Minutes:
1 Rep through the Complex:
Hang Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Jerk

WOD #2:
For Time:
10 -> 1
Triple Unders
Bar Facing Burpees
Thrusters (95/65)

WOD #3
For Time:
100 Squats
100 Sit ups
50 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Toes to Bar
Note:  You may break up the reps any way you want

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

For Time:

Double Unders
Bar Facing Burpees
Thrusters (95/65)

12:00pm – Mobility Class

12:30pm – Yoga with Janna
