Daniel for 7/18/2018

Every month, we specifically program two named workouts as benchmarks to give our members a chance to track progress in metabolic conditioning.  Earlier this month, we did Grace as our female named WOD.  Today, we are going to take on “Daniel” as our hero WOD for the month.
