We are finishing out benchmarks today with our Double Under test. We’ve seen people make huge progress throughout the DU practice this month. So, let’s see how we do compared to the beginning of the month with an unbroken test.
The MetCon has deadlifts and burpeess. Be careful when you scale this one. The Deadlift weight is a little heavier than normal. Don’t let the fatigue from the burpees cause you to lose your midline stability.
