Remember that Monday when we did all Back Squats? People were a little sore after that volume. Let’s see how our hamstrings handle it.

Don’t forget, we will have a regular schedule this weekend. However, Monday and Tuesday are different. Monday is Open Gym from 9-11am, and Tuesday is closed.
