Deadlifts, TTB, and Burpees for 3/1/2017

March is here!  That means we are starting a new Fundamentals Class today.  If you see a new face, be sure you introduce yourself.

We will be having a going away party for our good friend, and one time Athlete of the Month, John Hassler this Saturday at 6:30pm at the Smallman Galley.  Nothing formal.   Just show up and hang out if you are able.

Are you having some trouble with your Clean, Jerk, or Snatch.  Don’t forget that we offer a specialty class for those lifts through our Forged Steel Weightlifting Club
