“Death by” workouts are a format of workout that we don’t do often. The volume that these workouts can build on one particular movement can cause some serious muscle soreness.
On minute 1, you do 1 rep. On minute 2, you do 2 reps. You keep adding reps until you fail. You want to scale heavily in the beginning to make sure you can do 10-12 rounds. These usually start to get rough around minute 8.

MIn 2: 2 Pullups
Min 3: 3 Pullups
