The deadline to sign up for our 2019 CrossFit Open Intramural Team Competition is this Friday. Be sure to get your name on the list if there is still room.

When approaching today’s WOD, the ring dips will likely be the limiting factor. Scale so that you can push through that movement for 20 minutes without a lot of slowing down.
