The cardio benchmark for January is the elusive Double Under. It seems like you either have them . . . or you don’t. In January, we hope to help you either finally develop the skill, or refine your skills to allow you to do more double unders without rest.
We will set our baseline today. If you are still working on Single Unders, that’s ok. Pick your skill level and set your baseline.
