Double Under Test for 7/24/2018

Remember back to the beginning of July when we tested our max reps of unbroken double unders?  Maybe you were able to string 20 double unders together.  Maybe you got your first double under.  Maybe you were working on a single/double jump rope combination.  Whatever variation you did, we will test today to see if you improved on your double under ability over the past month.

Double Under Test:
10 Min to Establish
Max Unbroken Reps Double Unders

5 Rounds for Time:
20 KTE
20 Pushups
80 Double Unders
