DUs and Burpees for 3/5/2018

Here we are in March of 2018.  We have two new lifts to talk about this month.  We will be working on the Back Squat and the Shoulder Press.  If you want to build raw power to lift heavy things, these are two lifts that will do it.

Min 2: 10 Burpees
Min 3: 20 DU and 5 Burpees
