DUs and Snatches for 3/1/2018

We can’t believe March is already here!!!  The CrossFit Open WOD comes out tonight.  What’s it going to be?  Make sure you are watching.  Team captains, remember that we need to know RX athletes and absent athletes asap.

You don’t want to exceed 65% of your 1 rep Snatch that we established on Tuesday.  Keep the double unders moving, take a small break, and pick up the barbell.
