We are adding our second heavy lift for this month. We will be testing our 1 rep max deadlift during the last week of the month. We last tested our max deadlift in April, so it hasn’t been that long. However, for all of our new members, this is great time to set a number for future percentage work.
The MetCon is a CrossFit benchmark, and a monthly benchmark we will see again in the future. So, be sure you record your time and scale.
