February 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program

The February 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program will begin on Monday, February 2, 2015.  Do you have any friends or family members who want to try CrossFit?  The growing fitness program truly is the best way to met your fitness goals:  lose weight, gain muscle, lift more weight, run faster, whatever.  At Industrial Athletics, we offer the CrossFit Fundamentals Program.  This Program consists of 5 classes that meet at the beginning of each month:  M/W/F of the first week and M/W of the second week.  The classes are offered at 6am and 5:30pm to best serve everyone’s busy schedules.  After each participant completes the Fundamentals Program by attending all classes in order, he/she is free to join our Regular CrossFit class with a 3-day a week pass for the remainder of the month.
