The February 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program will begin on Monday, February 2, 2015. Â Do you have any friends or family members who want to try CrossFit? Â The growing fitness program truly is the best way to met your fitness goals: Â lose weight, gain muscle, lift more weight, run faster, whatever. Â At Industrial Athletics, we offer the CrossFit Fundamentals Program. Â This Program consists of 5 classes that meet at the beginning of each month: Â M/W/F of the first week and M/W of the second week. Â The classes are offered at 6am and 5:30pm to best serve everyone’s busy schedules. Â After each participant completes the Fundamentals Program by attending all classes in order, he/she is free to join our Regular CrossFit class with a 3-day a week pass for the remainder of the month.
