Happy 4th of July everyone. We hope you all had a great day off yesterday. Back to normal this week.

On Monday, we started heavy overhead squats. Today, we will start the second heavy lift for the month, the Jerk. For those with no exposure to the split jerk, you will start to learn it this month.

After Jerks, we will see our first named WOD for the month: Grace.
