The goal of this week is to get out of your comfort zone. Yes, we do that in CrossFit anyway. However, we can get used to common movements like pullups, cleans, squats, etc. This week, we are going to see movements we don’t program in a typical week.

Double Under Rhythm Work

For Practice:

1. Intro Power Jumps

2. Hand Taps

3. Bring in the jump rope

4. Alt Tabata

Odd: Hand Taps

Even: Double Under Practice

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
