“Isabel” for 6/24/2016

It is finally Friday.  After a rough week of pulling, we are going to do more.  Isabel is a classic CrossFit benchmark WOD.  30 Snatches for time is going to be difficult.  We used to do this WOD with metal plates in the old YMCAs being forced to pull from the hang position and we couldn’t drop the bars.  We have seen Isabel as final WODs in local competitions.  A number of years ago, there was the Isabel-off where two big names in CrossFit (at that time) went head to head.  Here is that video for a little inspiration:
