It’s time for our first named WOD. Jackie is a classic female named CrossFit WOD that has been used for a long time to test cardio capacity across rowing, a light barbell movement that is designed to spike the heart rate, and pullups. It even made an appearance as a Regionals Event a few years ago. Be sure to record your time and scale. We will see this one again.
