It is time for a Lady WOD at Industrial Athletics. Years ago, CrossFit created the Ladies as the original benchmark workouts of CrossFit. We use benchmark WODs to track our progress in fitness. Regardless of what CrossFit gym you go to, everyone knows the workout and it is a universal benchmark standard. The last time we did Karen was in 2013. So, it is time to retest.
