Time for our first benchmark WOD for the month of October. When picking a scaling, remember that nothing in the WOD should be hard. Yes, you are going to get tired and have to rest. However, approach this WOD as a constant burn through 5 rounds.

400m Run
30 Box Jumps, 24” / 20”
30 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
