As we enter the last week of February, we must start looking into March. Â That means another CrossFit Fundamentals Program. Â The March 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program at Industrial Athletics will start on Monday, March 2, 2015. Â The Fundamentals Program is designed to introduce all beginners to CrossFit. Â It is 5 classes, each lasting 1 hour. Â The classes meet on M/W/F of the first week of March, and M/W of the second week. Â Participants may attend at either 6am or 5:30pm. Â Participants must complete ALL 5 CLASSES before joining the regular CrossFit Class at Industrial Athletics.
All of our CrossFit Fundamentals Courses are capped at 8 people per class time, so make sure you reserve your spot before March is here. Â Once you complete the Fundamentals Program, you may join our Regular CrossFit class for the remainder of the month on a 3-days-a-week pass.
