March 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program

As we enter the last week of February, we must start looking into March.  That means another CrossFit Fundamentals Program.  The March 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program at Industrial Athletics will start on Monday, March 2, 2015.  The Fundamentals Program is designed to introduce all beginners to CrossFit.  It is 5 classes, each lasting 1 hour.  The classes meet on M/W/F of the first week of March, and M/W of the second week.  Participants may attend at either 6am or 5:30pm.  Participants must complete ALL 5 CLASSES before joining the regular CrossFit Class at Industrial Athletics.

All of our CrossFit Fundamentals Courses are capped at 8 people per class time, so make sure you reserve your spot before March is here.  Once you complete the Fundamentals Program, you may join our Regular CrossFit class for the remainder of the month on a 3-days-a-week pass.
