We have a little different day today. The workout is almost entirely heavy weight lifting with a gymnastics hold at the end. Remember, in CrossFit, we want to be generally physically prepared for anything. That means CrossFit punishes the specialist. The people who do best at this workout will be able to move heavy weight and have a lot of strength to control their own body.
