It’s the end of January 2019. Today, we will test our final benchmark. The Split Jerk is the most power lift that allows us to press the most weight over our head.
When you get to the WOD today, pick the scaling that let’s you move fast. The dumbbell overhead squats are a hard skill. Move to a barbell if you aren’t there yet.
