May 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program

We are half way through April and that means the May 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program will be starting soon. The May CrossFit fundamentals program will begin on Monday May 4, 2015. For anyone who has ever wanted to start CrossFit, our Fundamentals Program is the perfect way to begin. This 5 class program meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of the first week, and Monday and Wednesday of the second week. Each class is 1 hour long and will introduce you to all of the basic movements we use on a day to day basis.

We offer the Fundamentals class at either 6 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. Once the participants have successfully completed the fundamentals program they may join our regular CrossFit class 3 days a week for the remainder of the month at no additional charge.
