Registration for the Fundamentals class in May is now open. If you have always wanted to try CrossFit, but don’t know where to start, this is it. Through 8 classes, you will learn the basics of CrossFit and develop knowledge and confidence to join the regular CrossFit class. The Fundamentals class is $100 for the month and meets everything Tuesday/Thursday at 6-7pm and every Wednesday/Friday at 6-7am. If you and 2 or more friends want an additional class time, we will create it.
April’s Fundamentals class has 15+ people who are doing fantastic. If you have family or friends interested, bring them along. It is friendly, it is fun, and it is intense. Can’t wait to see you there.
