This is Ashlea Duzyk. She joined Industrial Athletics in early July, 2020. That was right after we reopened following the COVID-19 Quarantine. Her fitness journey didn’t start with us, however. She started CrossFit elsewhere before moving to Pittsburgh. We’ve been honored to be her new home for fitness. Her outgoing social personality fits right in with the IA Community.
Because of COVID, Ashlea works primarily from home these days. While she has been into fitness for a long time, she knows that she struggles to workout consistently at home. Despite it being really convenient, she just can’t get the motivation. Like many others, she embraces the opportunity to get out of the house and socialize with others . . . while also getting a great workout and all the benefits of a fitness program.
