Muscle Ups, Squats, and Running for 4/2/2019

We will be starting some benchmark work tomorrow. For today, we are swinging from some rings, making the legs burn, and then running. When you are picking a scale, you want to pick something that keeps you moving at a decent pace. You don’t want to be staring at the rings too long between reps or slowing down too much on the squats. We have some winter tightness to work out on the runs, push the pace.
