This Saturday at 10:00am, we will continue our Continuing Fitness Education (“CFE”) lectures. For those who are new to CFE’s these are additional education courses meant to focus on certain movements that we do during the regular CrossFit Class. The goal is to pick one movement, lift, or standard and break it down to minimalist segments.
This month, we will teach the proper BOX JUMP. Following the teachings of CrossFit’s mobility expert, Kelly Starlet, we will cover proper body position, proper jumping, proper landing, and proper rebound. The goal of this CFE is to teach our members how to maintain a proper torque filled position to power through box jumps with more intensity.
