This Saturday at 10:00am, we will continue our Continuing Fitness Education (“CFE”) lectures. Â For those who are new to CFE’s these are additional education courses meant to focus on certain movements that we do during the regular CrossFit Class. Â The goal is to pick one movement, lift, or standard and break it down to minimalist segments.
This month, we will teach the proper BOX JUMP. Â Following the teachings of CrossFit’s mobility expert, Kelly Starlet, we will cover proper body position, proper jumping, proper landing, and proper rebound. Â The goal of this CFE is to teach our members how to maintain a proper torque filled position to power through box jumps with more intensity.
