The second weekend of July is coming up. So, let’s all continue our fitness education this Saturday, 7/13, at 10am. For those who missed last month’s Continuing Fitness Education (CFE) on the proper pullups position, you missed a lot. This month, we will be covering:
Proper Shoulder Position
This class will cover where your shoulders and elbows should be for various movements such as pushups, shoulder to overhead lifts, wallballs, and handstand pushups. Whether you have been CrossFitting for 2 years, 2 months, or 2 weeks, you will benefit from this CFE.
All regular CrossFit athletes are welcome to join.
