After the smashing hit of our first CFE, we are going to do it again. But, this time, we are changing directions. On Saturday, June 22nd, at 10:00am, Health Coach, Author, and owner of First Comes Health, Jill Ciciarelli, will be doing a 1 hour lecture on starting steps for a healthier lifestyle. One big topic will be nutrition. If you have been wanting you jump start your diet and don’t know where to start, this lecture is for you. If you have been cleaning up your diet, and need something to take you to the next stage, this lecture is for you. If you have been eating a clean diet for awhile, we bet you still learn something.
Along with the CFE will be a change in the Saturday morning schedule. The Saturday morning schedule will change from 9am-10am to 10am-12pm. Therefore, the regular Saturday WOD will take place at 11am, after the lecture.
