We’re excited to announce Joe Kennedy as our November 2024 Athlete of the Month!
Joe has been a dedicated member of the IA community for some time, consistently attending morning (7:15 AM), afternoon, and weekend classes. After taking time off to recover from injuries, he’s returned with the consistency and commitment needed to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Joe is not only a huge supporter of the gym, but he’s also friendly and approachable to everyone he meets. He pushes himself during workouts but knows when to listen to his body and take a step back when necessary. There’s a quiet fierceness to him that’s hard to miss during a workout—he’s definitely one to contend with! Outside the gym, Joe stays active, playing pickleball, skiing, and enjoying time at his lake house, among other activities. Joe is a well-rounded individual who remains positive and never shies away from a challenge.
In the past, Joe has hosted a rowing seminar, sharing his expertise with the IA community. He also attends many of our social functions, and you may have seen his wife, Jessie, joining him for classes and events. Joe is more than just a member—he’s a true staple of IA.
We are thrilled to have Joe as our November 2024 Athlete of the Month. We look forward to his workout at the end of the month! Please join us in congratulating Joe on this well-deserved recognition!
