The October 2015 CrossFit Fundamentals Program will start on Monday, October 5, 2015. This Program consists of 5 one hour classes designed to introduce anyone to CrossFit. For the convenience of our new members, we offer the Fundamentals Program at both 6:00am and 5:30pm. The classes meet on M/W/F of the first week and M/W of the second week. Once participants have successfully completed the Program by attending all 5 classes in order, he/she may join our regular CrossFit class for the remainder of the month on a 3-day a week pass.

There is no better way to start CrossFit than our Fundamentals Program. The participants receive one-on-one attention at their pace. Our CrossFit instructors take the time to make sure everyone is confident with movements, proper form, and proper range of motion.
