We are getting geared up for the 2017 CrossFit Open. We have been “warned” by CrossFit HQ to expect dumbbell movements this year. So, we are going to get a little taste of what it feels like to have weight only in 1 hand today with an object we are a little more familiar with, the kettlebell.
